MARIA OFFICE BUILDING

The land area is 450 square meters, and the estimated construction area of the facilities is 1080 square meters. The building consists of ground floor shopping facilities and four floors of open plan offices as well as one basement floor and a rooftop service area. Since the floor layouts is a simple OpenOffice plan, the design aims to create an interesting feature, to add attraction to the project as a modern office building. Since the main facade faces the western side, which is exposed to intense solar radiation, avoid adding large windows with glass panels because it is not an environmentally and financially sound solution.
The curved cantilever at the northwest corner creates a dynamic feature in the facade, while defining the window space on the west side.
